Please note, due to chip shortages Konica has started to manufacture the C650i, C550i, 650i and 550i without the A800 memory board. When this happens it requires (c)450i firmware. Use "noa800-<model>.tar" for the file name to get around this issue on this server.

To find out if you have the memory board remove the rear cover. 
If the copier still boots look at the installed firmware. The first 4 digits will be a board identifier. 

Without memory board: AC77 or AA2J
With memory board: AC74, AA7N
